Church |Pastoral Counseling Ministry | Leaders with Counseling Skill-set

I’m wearing my clergy/spiritual/ministry/pastoral counseling hat to discuss more about how ministry leaders and church members are becoming more equipped to serve the community through counseling and even life coaching. Members of the church/ministry can feel safe about sharing some of their issues/burdens/problems with caring leaders and even medical/mental health/counseling professionals planted withing the church. She believes that pastors should utilize believers who are trained and anointed in the area of counseling to address the hurts, pain points and spiritual issues of people who seek help within the church.
