GETTING YOUR LIFE BACK AFTER TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES
Hey WONDERFULLY MADE PEOPLE! Here, I share some of my testimony of healing from past traumatic events and walking in my purpose. I also point out symptoms of traumatic experiences from my childhood to adulting that impact me but pushed me into showing up to walk in freedom, peace and as the winner that I am. Whether you believe that or not. There is life after loss (death of a loved one, displacement, separation or estranged from someone, loss of residence, abandonment, rough transitions and unexpected occurrences). It is important to acknowledge your feelings (emotions/mood) and symptoms of grief. The one important strategy to help you through this process is having SUPPORT! You need support. You shouldn’t go through major crisis and All of the aforementioned situations in order to maintain your mental and emotional health.
