This mirror exercise can help boost your level of self-esteem and confidence when done often. Sometimes we need to learn who we are all over again or for the first time. Sometimes, we have to look at ourselves and become of aware of how we’re treating ourselves… evaluate if it helps and deprogram dysfunctional behavior and dismantle unhealthy thoughts and words we use.
